Summer is finally here !
A quick summer DIY that will brighten your interior.
What you need :
Apply fabric paint to the leaves with a paintbrush.
Tip : pressed leaves in a heavy book for one to two hours.
Press the painted leaves into the fabric. Repeat this step until you’re satisfied with the design.
Leave the paint to dry completely.
Create mini tassels. Use a fork to make perfect and tiny tassels.
Cut the thread into a short piece (1).
Tie a new thread on the fork and wrap it around (2 & 3).
Tie the short thread (4 & 5)
Tie tightly a new thread around the top (6)
Slide the tassel of the fork and cut the ends.
Repeat these steps until you have enough tassels.
Attached the tassels to the pillowcase. Use the needle. Tie the two end in a knot inside the pillowcover to secure the tassels.
You may decide to use another color if you wish.
