This homemade apple pie is made with apples, cinnamon, and vanilla. Since there is no added sugar, it’s really healthy and perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  1. 8 apples
  2. 1 puff pastry
  3. cinnamon powder
  4. vanilla powder
  5. butter (optional)
Instructions
  1. Take your store-bought puff pastry and put it in a pie pan.
  2. Peel the apples.
  3. Cut them into quarters, then into thin slices.
  4. Add the apples little by little on your puff pastry (try to form a circle).
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla powder on top.
  6. Add a bit of butter on the center of the pie (optional).
  7. Bake for 30 minutes in oven (180°).
