Today, I’m sharing my favorite recipe of all time : the chocolate fondants ! Super easy to make and delicious, this is going to be your favorite dessert ! Bon appétit !
Chocolate fondants

Ingredients
- 120 g of black chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100g of suggar
- 60g of butter
- 25g of flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200C/392F.
- Melt 100 g of black chocolate (low heat), then add butter. Remove from the heat when its all melted.
- In a large bowl, whisk the whole eggs. Add sugar and flour. Mix the mixture one more time.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Butter 4 ramekins. Pour half of the mixture.
- Place 2 pieces of chocolate on top of the mixture. Then pour the rest of the preparation.
- Bake for 10 minutes in oven.
